Pedro Agramunt exposed the activities of European organizations financed by Soros

It’s no secret that the American billionaire George Soros has been actively interfering in political processes for a long time with the aim of creating chaos in Europe.
The former PACE President Pedro Agramunt, charged with corruption, convinced of that. So, he conducted his personal investigation to save his reputation, and found out that some organizations controlled by the American billionaire, worked in the EU Institutions.
Let me remind you that in October 2017 Pedro Agramunt resigned as PACE President because of the scandal caused by his trip to Syria, and because of constant charges of corruption. After that, he decided to find out which people and organizations had started a political campaign against him. And the results were impressive.
The main accuser was Gerald Knaus, the Chairman of the European Stability Initiative (ESI). ESI positions itself as an ordinary non-governmental organization, but in fact, according to Agramunt’s lawyers, it is a lobbying structure introduced into the files of lobbyists of the European Commission and the European Parliament.
The PACE President Pedro Agramunt, in particular, was trying to make transparent the activities of all lobbying structures. According to him, he wanted to force active lobbyists in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe to declare themselves. And the fact that the main accusation against him was put forward by the lobbying organization, seemed at least very strange.
Things get even more interesting if we look at the ESI Chairman. It turned out that Gerald Knaus maintains close relations with Nicholas Whyte, the head of the Independent Diplomacy, the aim of which is to internationalize the process of the independence of Catalonia. During this process the Catalan government sought assistance from this organization.
Finally, Knaus and Whyte had the common source of funding for their organizations, the Open Society Foundation (OSF), owned by billionaire George Soros.
As a result of the investigation, Agramunt came to the conclusion that all the organizations controlled by Soros brought charges against him, and that these structures were introduced into the state institutions of Europe. According to Agramunt, these organizations conducted an international company aimed at discrediting and slandering his personality, and these same people supported the undermining of independence in Spain.
But the American billionaire not only conducts the process of lobbying in parliaments. Numerous NGOs around the world work not only with deputies and state officials, but with opposition forces, the media, public opinion, resolving different political tasks. One of them, for example, was the referendum on the self-determination of Catalonia. Now a new goal is set: Soros is directly engaged in the changing of UK’s mind about leaving the European Union.
So, the other day the billionaire announced that on June 8 in the United Kingdom launched a nationwide campaign in support of a new referendum, which should abolish the Brexit. There was created the ‘Best for Britain’ movement, and mass protests are planned. It is known that Soros has already sent to the British supporters of European integration a total of almost 700 thousand US dollars.
I think that it is necessary to fight against such structures, financed by a billionaire of Hungarian origin, in order to prevent them from creating chaos in Europe and to promote their own interests …

2018 is a difficult year for the #EU

By the end of 2017, we can say that the EU had a tendency to disintegrate. And it’s not connected only with Brexit and the Catalan crisis in Spain.
First of all, the stability of the internal political situation is again under threat in the so-called “motor” of the EU – Germany, where during four months the talks on the government coalition following the results of the September elections to the Bundestag first renewed, but then again failed. And although in early 2018 the CDU / CSU and SPD started a new round of negotiations, it is still designated “deadline”, April 1. But the problem is that according to public opinion polls, a new vote between Christian Democrats and Social Democrats will lead to the same impasse as in September. After all, it was this “big coalition” that rules in Germany for two of the three terms of Angela Merkel as federal chancellor. But in 2017, the Social Democrats rested and refused to cooperate with the CDU / CSU. And now they changed their minds again.
At the same time, it is easy to see behind these vicissitudes the same split of the Western elites and their internal struggles. After all, Europe is still fundamentally not sovereign and is the actual sphere of influence of the United States, which exercises control through the institutions of NATO, and the Council of Europe.
Secondly, Emmanuel Macron, came to power in the spring of 2017 in France, changed the emphasis in the most European policy and perspective. Economic leadership of Germany, especially in the conditions of constant instability in this country, threatens to transform into a military one. And go to France as the only European nuclear power. In addition, because of numerous ambiguities in politics, Merkel’s position, openly played by influential conceptual and business circles related to the Rothschild clan, whose promoter is Macron, is rapidly and sharply weakened.
Let us remember the events in Catalonia – a part of this scenario, discovered by George Soros in his time around the Eurobond project: then it was said that Germany either should consolidate and assume all European debts, or dissolve the EU. It is indicative that recent studies by German defense ministry experts have revealed that in three of the six scenarios for the development of the situation in the EU there is no “common future” for Europe, and it will collapse.
Although, in turn, the Catalan precedent has clearly shown that the global oligarchy headed by the Rothschilds is not against a single Europe, but for expanding its own control over integration processes.
In the beginning of the year, Brussels has to resolve a number of internal political issues, including the migration problem, which France and several countries of Eastern and Central Europe have already tightened control over. Even Germany, which willingly welcomed refugees and helped them, is concerned about the possibility that because of the new rules for granting asylum in the European Union, Germany had to accept many more migrants. And that is why he asks the EU to stop this mass flow of refugees.
In addition, the problem of Brexit is quite acute. Despite the fact that the EU and the UK were able to agree in the first phase of the negotiations, they are now moving to the second phase, within which they will have to resolve the problem of regulating the border between the remaining part of the European Union, Ireland and the part of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the status of three with a small million foreign professionals who currently live and work in the British territory.
And we can say that at the moment the European Union is clearly facing a political, social and economic crisis. It has to overcome a very difficult year, because this year will determine its future. As a result, the EU’s exit from the current crisis is one of the biggest issues facing the union, its citizens, institutions, leaders and politicians.

#Tabarnia wants to secede from #Catalonia: a joke or reality?

Recently, the popular news in the media was the emergence of a virtual territorial formation, which includes almost the entire eastern part of Catalonia – Tabarnia. This name is formed from the names of the two largest Catalan cities, Tarragona and Barcelona.
The authors of this idea, Catalan intellectuals, supporters of the unity of Spain, argue that they conceived Tabarnia as a a cautionary Christmas tale as a warning to the separatists. So, if they separate Catalonia from Spain, Tabarnia, the most developed part of Catalonia, will separate from Catalonia and remain in Spain as autonomy.
I note that many public organizations have already supported this idea and local lawyers even prepare documents for the implementation of this project. Its own flag of the new autonomy was even created. It is a mixture of elements of Barcelona and Tarragona flags.

In turn, the people raise funds for the needs of the future administration of Tabarnia. And in social networks the idea of Tabarnia was supported by more than 200 thousand Catalans.
From the point of view of the Spanish legislation, to implement the idea of Tabarnia “is difficult, but possible”. It is difficult, because the division of Spain into autonomous regions is fixed by the Constitution, and its amendments can be made only after a lengthy parliamentary procedure and referendum. At the same time, it is possible to do this because “the precedent has already been”: Madrid was separated into a separate autonomy from a larger area – Castilla-La Mancha.
So why did this idea become so popular?! It turns out that the contradictions between the east and west of Catalonia have existed for a long time. In the east, the business and cultural life of Catalonia, its large cities, its factories and universities are concentrated. There live 5.8 million out of 7.5 million inhabitants of the region, 80 percent of local GDP is produced, and local business is closely connected with other regions of Spain. And the inhabitants of the Catalan east are dissatisfied with the fact that last years the authorities of Catalonia paid more attention to its rural west, where separatist ambitions are very strong. In addition, 87 percent of all collected taxes come to the Catalan budget, and the bulk of the expenditure budget goes to the west. They also consider unjust the Catalan electoral system, which allows sparsely inhabited western districts to elect the same number of deputies as the densely populated eastern districts.
And although many organizations such as Barcelona is not Catalonia and others have already embarked on the implementation of the project (on January 20 a demonstration in support of the Tabarnia is scheduled, a referendum is planned, there will be propaganda among the population, fund raising, prepare documents for submission to the Spanish parliament), Catalonia will still remain united. “No one seriously wants to create a new autonomy. It’s about satire, aimed at making fun of the arguments of supporters of independence”. And the idea of Tabarnia arose “in the context of polemics with the separatists”. Its authors wanted only to prove that “the independence of Catalonia is unacceptable for millions of people.” However, the project had a different effect: the separatists ignored it, but “the supporters of unity perceived as a guide to action”.
Thus, the actions of the supporters of the independence of Catalonia provoked a chain reaction. At first, Catalonia decided to secede from Spain, in response to this, another region of Catalonia wants to separate … As a result, other regions may also want autonomy, for example, the Basque Country and so on ad infinitum. As a result, these actions will lead to the destruction of one of the largest European countries. What, apparently, some third-party forces are trying to achieve, that are far away, but striving for power around the world. I have repeatedly written about George Soros and others like him, whose goal is world domination. And now I mean them. Most likely, the October 1st Referendum was also needed in order to encourage the Spanish to divide the country. And all the talk about the independence of the region is a beautiful fairy tale. However, the real Spanish do not need new autonomies and areas, they need a single and strong Spain!

#Cyberspace #security as a guarantee of #Spanish integrity

Spain approved a new Security Strategy which replaced the earlier Strategy 2013. The fundamental difference is the key element nowadays is countering disinformation.
It is symbolic that this document was approved only a few days before the official start of the election campaign in Catalonia. The authors of this Strategy refer to the “regime of posttruth” – a phenomenon in which objective facts in the formation of public opinion pale into insignificance, giving way to the dominant role of emotions.
The Spanish government declared that there was a hybrid war in the world and nowadays any attempts to influence public conscience cannot be considered as one-time actions. Intervention in elections through the media and social networks, as they say in the document, is combined with cyber attacks, economic pressure and traditional use of force. The consequences of this “hybrid war” the Strategy authors call the victory of Donald Trump in the US elections and “Brexit”.
It is not pronounced officially, but most experts are confident that it is about protection against Russian “hackers”. Let me remind you that on November 10, Spanish Foreign Minister Alfonso Dastis  stated that he had “quite conflicting information” that a group of Russian hackers using fake accounts in social networks is actively working to “destabilize” the situation in Spain and the EU as a whole. The next day, El Pais published the results of a study by the University of George Washington (USA). Its authors conclude that RT and Sputnik used thousands of accounts in social networks to create a negative image of Spain before and after the independence referendum held in Catalonia on October 1. For example, almost half of the news of autonomy concerned the brutality of the Spanish police during this period.
As a first step in the context of this Strategy, the Spanish Defense Minister María Dolores de Cospedal invited the Security Commission in the Lower House of Parliament to create a working group consisting of deputies and editors.
No specific evidence of Russian interference in the Catalan referendum was presented. However, this does not mean that it was not. Expressing my own opinion, I want to note that this measure is correct and the Spanish government must protect the population of its country from external influence. Maybe, it should have been done earlier. After all, let’s not forget that apart from the Catalan separatism there is a Basque separatism. And there is an opinion that from the French Basques there is a certain influence on the Spanish Basques in order to create an unified state as a result.

#American secrets of the #separatists

The recent parade of sovereignty in #Catalonia have failed, as a result of which the former president of the Catalan Generalitat, Carles Puigdemont, is running away from Spanish justice in Belgium. It can be said that the failure of the separatists testifies that the new president of the United States, Donald Trump, kept his main promise, refusing from the violent export of democracy in favor of respect for state sovereignty.
After the arrival of Donald Trump in the White House, all these separatist movements were gradually fading away, despite the active support of the main sponsor from the wing of public globalists, George Soros. For the first time, Washington used the “right of people to self-determination” in their geopolitical interests as early as the beginning of the 20th century, supporting in 1903 the “nation of Panama” in Colombia to privatize the future Panama Canal. Having seized the initiative from French investors, the Americans subsequently eliminated the president of Panama, Omar Torrijos, and the Chief of Staff of the national Defense Forces, general Manuel Noriega, who sought the sovereignty of the Canal. The first of them died in 1977 in a plane crash, and the second was overthrown in 1989 during the invasion of American troops in Panama. Thus, support for separatism in the zone of American interests has a long tradition and was actively used by Washington until recently.
On the example of Catalonia, you can also note that here the leader of the separatists, Carles Puigdemont, hoped clearly to repeat the experience of his predecessor, the founder of the first separatist party “Estat Catalá” Francisco Maciá. In 1928, he collaborated with the pro-American dictator of Cuba, Gerardo Machado, with the support of which he founded his “Revolutionary Separatist Party of Catalonia” in Havana. Having enlisted the support of George Soros and his comrades, Puigdemont hoped to continue the Catalan project after gaining independence, annexing Andorra, the southeast of France and part of Sardinia. However, deprived of US support, is now forced to seek salvation in political emigration. Thus, all the “separatist projects” were blocked without the support of the United States, along with them, the aggressive projects on the withdrawal of territories in various parts of the world were also brought to nothing. Preservation of the territorial integrity of Spain shows that Trump managed to stop the destructive operations of his predecessors at the moment.
Perhaps this explains in many respects why the figure of the new American president was under sustained attack of “misunderstanding of foreign policy,” and the former head of the Generalitat had to seek political asylum in Belgium, not having completed his plan for secession of Catalonia.

The collapse of #Europe: the ideas of #separatism prevail

Good afternoon, dear readers! In the Old World, the ideas of seperatism are increasing day by day. For most people, Europe is associated with integrity and well-being. However, that is not quite true. After all, thousands of residents of this most “prosperous” Europe are willing to re-examine the borders of their states, or at least get more autonomy.
A striking example is Catalonia, which fights so fiercely for its independence. I believe that Catalan separatism is not just a struggle for national independence, but the struggle for the possibility of direct subordination of Catalonia to the bureaucrats of Brussels without mediators of Madrid, they want “more Europe and less Madrid.” Most likely, it can even be called a separation from the European Commission. It’s no coincidence that the main advocate of strengthening the European Commission’s influence and dismantling European nation states, George Soros, finances two Catalan organizations that play a key role in the struggle for Catalan pseudo-independence. And I’ve already written about this in my article. I think the Catalan example was contagious for territories like Italy and France not for a reason.
Just recently, on October 22, the referendums in Italy, in Veneto and Lombardy, were held. Although it was not a question of complete separation of the regions, only the vote for getting more autonomy. In turn, 95% of the interviewed supported the idea of autonomy. I think that this famous American oligarch was also involved here. In addition, France is likely be the next in his list.
So, a few days ago it became known that New Caledonia (France), intended to hold a referendum on secession and gaining sovereignty in 2018. I want to note that the separation can seriously hit the archipelago, since the association with France, one of the central European countries, is access to high technologies and the most advanced developments in the field of economics. Moreover, the archipelago produces nickel, and still there are deposits of manganese, cobalt, chromium and other ores.
That’s right, Americans are quietly shaking Europe, causing another burst of separatism. And the European Union, meanwhile, stayed away from these events. Apparently, the EU doesn’t defend longer basic political and human rights.
Apparently, the restraint of the European Union and its members is due to the fact that frozen problems with individual regions exist in many countries. In the same Belgium, the richer region of Flanders declared many times the desire to get more autonomy, and its radical political wing – even complete independence. I think, in view of the ongoing government crises, to start the process of “divorce” in Belgium, it will be enough to help the former Catalan leader, Carles Puigdemont, who fled there in late October, at the end of the separation process, as they immediately begin to pursue their policy on independence.
There are many questions in this field even in Poland – where the residents of Silesia want to get more autonomy. While they are only asking for national recognition and some autonomy, it is not known how they will behave if they are not be heard …
I think that the problem of separatism in the world is largely “fueled” by the double standards of the countries of the West (where some are fighting for independence and others are trying to prevent it), as well as contradictions that are hiding in the basic documents of the UN. In order to stop fierce political battles throughout the world, I believe it is time for members of the United Nations to begin negotiating what is meant by the “right to self-determination” and “territorial integrity” and how to reconcile each other these two conflicting principles. The formulating rules of the game in this matter will make the whole world calmer. Otherwise, these American billionaires will take advantage of this “parade of sovereignties” and adjust themselves to disunited European countries and newly formed regions.

#Catalonia: #Belgium – the new home of the escaped #Puigdemont?

The story with an attempt to proclaim the state sovereignty of Catalonia passed into the phase of legal proceedings. After the declaration of independence of the region was suspended, the Spanish court first decided to arrest eight ministers of the “rebellious” government of the autonomy, including Vice President Oriol Junqueras and ex-ministers Carles Mundo, Joaquim Forn, Meritxell Borras, Dolors Bassa, Raul Romeva, Jordi Turull and Josep Rull. They are accused of organizing rebellion, insurgency and waste of public funds. They face up to 30 years in prison.
After the Spanish court issued a European warrant for the arrest of politicians catalanes, on Sunday, November 5, the former head of Catalonia and 4 local government ministers appeared themselves at the police station in Brussels, accompanied by their lawyers. Let me remind you that they have been in Belgium since the end of October.
On November 6, it became known that the Belgian court released the ex-President of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Carles Puigdemont, and his former advisers, provided that they did not leave the country until the issue of their extradition to Madrid was resolved, that is, until November 17, when a court decision on the execution of the European warrant for arrest issued by Spain will be rendered.
It can be assumed that Belgium has already become a new home for the escaped Puigdemont and his associates from Catalonia. Puigdemont did not just choose this country. The Belgian authorities were almost the only ones in Europe with a restrained support of Catalonia’s claims for independence, and the Minister of Migration of Belgium, Theo Francken, even said that Puigdemont could well get political asylum.
That is, the escape of the ex-head of Catalonia turned out to be an escape – from obligations, from politics, from the choice of the people, from their political status. He does not control his destiny today, it is made by external players. And I believe that for a politician – this is a defeat. He lost the fate of Catalonia itself. I believe that he had to stay in Spain, no matter what the consequences. Political leadership is, first of all, a character and a personal example.
Whatever the outcome of the early parliamentary elections, the initiative for the Catalans is missed strategically, and the will to obtain national sovereignty is substantially broken by the betrayal of leaders.

The Constitutional Court of #Spain suspended the #resolution on the #independence of #Catalonia

Good evening, dear readers! So the events in Spain continue to worry me. So, today, October 31, the Сourt granted the petition of the Spanish authorities against the resolution of the Catalan Chamber of Parliament on the proclamation of independence.
Let me remind you that on October 27, the Catalan parliament voted to adopt a resolution proposed by supporters of the independence of the autonomous community from Spain. And later, Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, announced the removal of the head of Catalonia, Carles Puigdemont, and the dissolution of the local government and parliament.
As explained by Oriol Junqueras, K.Puchedemon’s deputy, in his address the former head of Catalonia will tell about the “work” he is performing while he is in Brussels. Although the only reason for his visit to Belgium is currently being actively discussed with a view to obtaining asylum from possible criminal prosecution by the Spanish authorities. According to El Periodico, five former members of the deported Catalan government arrived together with Puigdemont in Brussels.
In addition, lawsuits for rebellion, rebellion and embezzlement have been filed against members of the remote government of the region and a number of local parliamentarians. Maybe they’re the reason they ran …
Nevertheless, we will only hope for the best that justice will triumph and Catalonia will eventually surrender. In the meantime, it is already noted that virtually the whole of the Catalan administration submitted orders to Madrid.

Loss of autonomy or elections? Will the destiny of Catalonia resolved?

That is in doubt. After all, the “clever plan” of the Catalan leader put everyone at a dead end. He declared everywhere that he was ready to declare independence of the region, but on Madrid’s requests to confirm his statements and whether an act of independence was signed, Puigdemont did not react in any way. In turn, tomorrow Madrid threatens to apply Article 155 of the Constitution! In consequence, autonomy will be limited and leaders will be removed from power.
Of course, if the Catalan authorities today will not announce independence. In any case, a meeting of the regional parliament is planned, at which, as announced, within a few hours a decision will be made on further steps. Whether the independence is proclamed or not, is questioned?
Although in Barcelona, there are calls for peacefully negotiate more often. As people have already understood, what can this separation cost. So, already more than 1300 companies have withdrawn their offices from the territory of Catalonia. For the budget of the region it is a hit hard, because taxes remain where the business is registered.
In addition, according to media reports, it became known that the authorities of Catalonia are planning to announce early regional elections, on December 20.
Apparently, Puigdemont wants to delay again, but for what reasons? As a result, the whole world is looking forward to the session of the parliament, which will be held at 16.00.
